Clarion Pointe Racine - Mount Pleasant

One of the best most cleaned hotels on the area. Very friendly staff and well kept. And the breakfast on point. Can’t forget as a gym rat their gym is great.

5 star for sure! The gentleman at check in was very nice and helpful. Room was super clean. Hot tub felt great. The hot breakfast in the morning was super nice. If I was ever in the area again I would stay here!

This was an excellent experience. Clean rooms, excellent staff, safe well lit parking, decent breakfast, coffee all day long, quick check in, awesome water pressure and large, soft towels. They have a restaurant right next door, gas stations, car washes, shopping and everything you need within walking or ahort driving distance. Family owned and operated with reasonable rates. Will stay again.

It was a pleasant stay last week during our cultural events at Racine. There are a couple of things I wanted to highlight: Usually, the hotel provides room service only on request during weekends. I was not aware of this and requested service around 9 PM after being out. Even with limited staff available, they still managed to service my room, which I truly appreciated. I accidentally left my jeans in the closet when I returned to the cultural event. A few hours later, I realized and called the front desk. They promptly located and returned it to me. On top of this, the unlimited tea, coffee, and hot breakfast were a great advantage. Highly recommended!

Decided to do a review after a 10 day stay at the Clarion. During my short time there Paul Patel (owner) and his staff were incredibly accommodating. The pricing was affordable and I got much more than I paid for. Room was great. A few things I really appreciated were the refrigerator AND microwave, large tv, large desk for my work, comfortable office chair to sit at, nice bathroom, and very clean environment. Breakfast was available daily with a nice selection of food options. There were multiple times I had requests for service and other amenities and I was immediately met with friendly attitudes and quick response times. In a short period of time I was regularly referred to by name and acknowledged upon returning to the hotel and always asked if there was anything I needed. That type of recognition, initiative and thoughtfulness won't be forgotten. I would certainly book the Clarion again for any future hotel needs. Staff was awesome and honest. After my stay, I had left my iPad the management called me and I retrieved it back. That along deserves a 5-rating if not more. Thanks Clarion Pointe for you hospitality.

We had a great stay! Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast! We also enjoyed the hot tub. The only complaint was the room smelled smoky but we were able to open the window.

Staff was Amazing. Clean room. Delicious extremely delicious Breakfast. Everything was included. I didn’t need to bring my own shampoo or conditioner very nice. Wish I had known that they had a hot tub but now I know for next time I had a great stay for a good price. Thank you.
